This service is available to all Mashreqbank account/credit card holders with a
banking relationship in the UAE.
All you need is your Mashreqbank account or credit card number and a Telephone
Identification Number (TIN)
Here’s what you need to do:
The Telephone Identification
Number, or TIN, is your MashreqDirect password that is used to login to the
Mashreqbank telebanking service.
Enter your account/credit number
As Password : Enter your existing
Telephone Identification number
If you do not have a TIN, simply call 04-4244444 if calling within the UAE:
1- On your touch tone
phone, Press 1 or 2 or 3 to select language
2- Press 4 for Internet Banking Enquiries and you will be connected to a
Personal Banking Advisor
